Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
